Serverconfigs Solutions (“Serverconfigs”, “we”) is a subsidiary of Dataraq AI Technologies FZ-LLC, RAKEZ, UAE. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website and through demo requests.

What we collect

If you request a demo, we collect the name, work email, company, role, cloud estate, spend band, focus areas, and notes you submit. On this preview, those details stay in your browser. In production engagements they are used only to schedule and prepare the session.

Claude and your data

Production deployments are designed so Claude can reason over proprietary data without taking it out of your tenancy. We do not use customer production data to train foundation models. Context architecture, retrieval, and logging are scoped in the engagement, not implied by a website form.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share request details with architects at Dataraq AI Technologies FZ-LLC who staff the engagement, and with Anthropic only when a joint Partner activity is explicitly in scope.
