Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ServerConfigs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using ServerConfigs on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

The service

ServerConfigs provides an AI-powered infrastructure intelligence platform that connects to your cloud, Kubernetes, and DevOps tooling to answer queries about your infrastructure state. The service includes the web interface, API, and any integrations made available by ServerConfigs.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

You may not share your account credentials with others. Team access must be managed through the workspace members feature.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service - Use the service to access systems you are not authorised to access - Introduce malicious code, interfere with, or disrupt the integrity of the service - Use the service to train competing AI models without written permission - Resell or redistribute the service without a written reseller agreement

Infrastructure access

You represent that you have the authority to grant ServerConfigs read access to the infrastructure systems you connect. You are responsible for ensuring your use of ServerConfigs complies with your organisation's security policies and any applicable regulations.

ServerConfigs operates with read-only access. We do not modify, delete, or create resources in your connected accounts.

Fees and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

If payment fails, your account will be suspended after a 7-day grace period. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion.

Intellectual property

ServerConfigs and its licensors own all rights to the service, including all intellectual property rights. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain ownership of your infrastructure data and any content you input. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVERCONFIGS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. On termination, your access to the service will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
